Rom&nd Lip Matter is one-of-a-kind product that can be applied as a lip base to improve lipstick application or as a top coat to turn your favourite lip product into a long-lasting, matte finish. Formulated with avocado seed oil, coconut oil and mango butter, the unique formula blurs fine lines and enhances moisture, allowing you to pull off a beautiful matte lip look without cracking or flaking. It also locks in your lip colour so it lasts all day without smudging or transferring. 

How to use

1. As Lip Base: Dispense a small amount and apply on bare lips. Then apply the desired lip product on top for smoother application.
2. As Lip Top Coat: Dispense a small amount and dab evenly over lipstick for a gorgeous matte finish.
